Mark De Lucia
The founder of DealerMine, Mark De Lucia, started PartsVoice over 22 years ago. He pioneered the idle stock relocation industry in 1997 and also developed the Chrysler locator, which later evolved into Mopar national parts locator. His extensive sales and marketing background has formed thousands of industry contacts over the past 22 years.
Stephen Bakker
Stephen Bakker, the co-founder, has developed and maintained the technical requirements for Dealermine operations. He has been in the IT sector for 34 years. He started with PartsVoice/Cobalt in May 2000, and was involved in a number of projects dealing with the locator service. After PartsVoice, he spent 3 years working at the dealership level, and then with ADP on their new Web offerings. His understanding of technology and clients’ needs has proven to be a winning combination in developing strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
